When will I receive my order and at what cost?


To receive your order you have different options: Home, Seur Pick Up Point and Time Road store collection (Only available in Spain).

  • Address and Seur Pick Up: Shipping costs may vary depending on the country in which you reside. Remember, you have the possibility of enjoying free shipping from a minimum spending amount.

You can track your order from Track your shipment


In case you have an account created, you can make the query by accessing My Account> Orders, where you will find the information regarding the order and a link to follow up. The tracking information will appear once the order has left our warehouse.

You can pick up your order at the Time Road store that you have chosen when placing your order (except for the El Corte Inglés corners).

The shipping time will be between 24 and 48 working hours. We will notify you by email and SMS when your order has arrived at the store so that you can pick it up.

The invoice does not go inside the package at the time of delivery.

If you want to have an invoice for your order go to My Account> Orders, there you will find all the invoices for your orders.
