Returns in Time Road can be given within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order if you are not satisfied with part or all of the order received.


The products must be in perfect, unused condition and with the labels still attached, without repairs and with the corresponding purchase receipt.

The return cannot be sent through a different transport agency than the one provided by Time Road. In the case that a shipment is made through a different transport agency than the one provided, Time Road will not be responsible for the shipment. 

Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.


To carry out the return process you have two options:

  • Unregistered customer: go to Returns and enter your e-mail address and the order number (enter the full number, with letters and without spaces. Example: POTROAD_ES2000000097). Then select the product you want to return and follow the steps indicated.
  • Registered customer: access My Account> My Returns, and follow the steps indicated. If you have placed an order without registering, you must contact our Customer Service department (contacts).


Time Road reserves the right to refuse returns after the deadline, if the products are not in the same conditions as when they were sent or if they do not meet our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise or you have provided proof that you have returned it.
