So that you can do your Christmas shopping with complete peace of mind, we are extending the usual return period. All purchases made after 21/11/2022 can be returned until 31/12/2022.

Returns in Time Road can be given within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order if you are not satisfied with part or all of the order received.


The products must be in perfect, unused condition and with the labels still attached, without repairs and with the corresponding purchase receipt.

The return cannot be sent through a different transport agency than the one provided by Time Road. In the case that a shipment is made through a different transport agency than the one provided, Time Road will not be responsible for the shipment. 

Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.


To carry out the return process you have two options:

  • Unregistered customer: go to Returns and enter your e-mail address and the order number (enter the full number, with letters and without spaces. Example: POTROAD_ES2000000097). Then select the product you want to return and follow the steps indicated.
  • Registered customer: access My Account> My Returns, and follow the steps indicated. If you have placed an order without registering, you must contact our Customer Service department (contacts).


Time Road reserves the right to refuse returns after the deadline, if the products are not in the same conditions as when they were sent or if they do not meet our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise or you have provided proof that you have returned it.

The cost of the return will depend on the option chosen:


Return in Time Road store (Only available in Spain): There are no shipping costs.


The return will be free. You must indicate in which Time Road store you are going to return the order and select the items of your order that you want to return. You will have to return it to the store before 14 days have elapsed from the delivery of the order.


Keep in mind that no refunds can be made in our corners in the El Corte Inglés centers or in our Festina Group Company Store stores.


Refund in SEUR Pick UP points / Return by home collection: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once the return is processed, in My Account> My Returns, the return number of the items will appear. Also, you can always find it in your email.

It is not possible to exchange items online, but you can do so at any of our Time Road stores located in shopping centers (except for El Corte Inglés corners and Festina Group Company Store stores).

To make the change, it must be done in the same way as the return in store. That is, by accessing My Account> My Returns and following the steps to indicate the return store. When delivering your item / order in store, you must indicate that you really want to make an item exchange instead of the return.

It is essential that the change is for one product or several of an amount equal to or greater than the one you bought and is made at the same time.
